We're excited to share that starting today, it's now possible to send stablecoins to anyone through an email link.

We believe this accessibility will simplify the process for projects to onboard their communities to digital dollars through an experience that resembles Web2 payments experiences.

Receive stablecoins in any wallet without gas fees

Users can claim stablecoins through an email link by connecting any wallet on Base, Polygon, Avalanche, Arbitrum, Optimism, Celo, or Ethereum. The claim experience is gasless and does not require any signing or additional steps.

When using low-cost chains like Base, we feel this becomes a cost-efficient channel to drive stablecoin adoption. Unlike traditional airdrop programs, stablecoins are only distributed when users claim them, and unclaimed stablecoins are returned directly to your account. You're also able to brand the emails and claims pages to educate users and drive them back to your community.

In the future, we plan to add support for sending stablecoins to users through on-chain identity services like ENS and claiming through SMS and social links alongside email. We'd love to hear your feedback on how sending stablecoins could be improved, and if there are other channels or blockchains you'd like to see supported.
